We cater to all fitness levels from beginners to competitive athletes
ACC Reformer Level 1
Reformer Pilates Level 1. Learn how to fire-up and strengthen your core utilizing traditional Pilates exercises. This class is designed to build a strong Pilates foundation for new students but is also perfect for existing students who want to fully develop their basic Pilates knowledge through targeting specific muscle groups.
ACC Reformer Level 2

Reformer Pilates Level 2. Are you ready to take your Pilates skills to the next level? The reformer Level 2 Pilates class is a faster tempo class for those that have mastered Level 1. This class will not only challenge you physically, but mentally with more intense choreography. This is a 55-minute class guaranteed to build a solid foundation of your Pilates skills.

Prerequisite: Mastery of Reformer Level 1 Pilates required and/or approval from an ACC Pilates instructor to move to this level.

ACC Reformer Level 3

Reformer Pilates Level 3. This demanding and invigorating class will challenge elite athletes and Pilates aficionados alike.
Several advanced exercises are taught in this class, each designed to push students to achieve a new level of fitness. Prior approval from a certified Pilates Instructor is required to sign up for these classes.

Prerequisite: Clients must have completed at least ten level 2 classes AND obtain approval from an ACC Pilates Instructor prior to admittance into this class.

ACC Pilates Cycle Combo

Our most challenging workout, ACC’s Pilates Cycle Combo redefines intensity. Not only will you be reaping the benefits of 30 minutes of indoor cycling, the second half of your workout takes you through an equally intense 30 minutes of reformer Pilates.

ACC Pilates Circuit Level 3

Reformer Pilates Circuit Level 3. This is a demanding, fast paced 60 minute reformer class that focuses on the mastery of Pilates principles (control, flow, breathing, concentration, centering and precision) while moving through through the various Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-i-Pull and Ladder Barrel.

Prerequisite: Clients must have completed at least ten level 3 classes AND obtain approval from Armone prior to admittance into this class.

Pilates Circuit

Reformer Pilates Level 3. This demanding and invigorating class will challenge elite athletes and Pilates aficionados alike.

Several advanced exercises are taught in this class, each designed to push students to achieve a new level of fitness. Prior approval from a certified Pilates Instructor is required to sign up for these classes.

Prerequisite: Clients must have completed at least ten level 2 classes AND obtain approval from an ACC Pilates Instructor prior to admittance into this class.

ACC Cycle

Our indoor cycle class is a high-energy, 55 minute class taught by inspiring, motivational, ACC certified instructors. This fun and effective class burns more calories than with any other form of cardio workout, literally shredding fat off the body! Whether you’re are a beginner or an experienced cyclist, ACC’s indoor cycling class is tailored to challenge students of all levels. In ACC’s class you are in control. Push yourself to that next level!

ACC Circuit

ACC Circuit tests even the most seasoned ACC veterans with dynamic workouts utilizing a variety of equipment. Ropes, TRx, weight training, and BOSU exercises burn fat and stimulate rapid muscle development, providing real, life-changing results.

ACC Boxing

This style of the ACC workout is a great way to build your cardiovascular endurance, drop your body fat percentage, and learn self-defense. Our Boxing and Kickboxing classes are taught by cerftified trainers that are dedicated to providing students with the ultimate fighting experience. Both men and women are welcome. Gloves are provided during the session, as are a set of reusable pro-quality hand wraps. Session sizes are kept small, ensuring personal attention, high intensity, and unparalleled training quality.

ACC Barre

ACC Barre is our newest class. It includes components of Pilates, Ballet and Dance. The class will utilize your own body weight to achieve long, lean muscles and small, medium and large ranges of motion to target all the different muscle fibers. It”ll keep you healthy and your bones strong.

A Note About Classes
  • First time clients should arrive to class 15 minutes beforehand to fill out a waiver and to discuss with the instructor any injuries and previous Pilates experience
  • Optional: Socks (those with grip are preferred).  We sell Toe Sox and Grip Gloves.
  • Water
  • A good attitude
  • All Pilates classes are 55 minutes in length

  • Be prepared for a great workout (our instructors are the best in the industry)

  • Please allow yourself some time to find parking on Girard Ave.  Peak hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Parking is free for the first 2 hours.  You can also park on Fay and use our back entrance.
  • Class reservations are strongly recommended
  • There is an 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes, no exceptions!

  • If a cancellation is made within the 8-hour window you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee
  • Class and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
