Reformer Level 1
Learn how to fire-up and strengthen your core utilizing traditional Pilates exercises. This class is designed to build a strong Pilates foundation for new students but is also perfect for existing students who want to fully develop their basic Pilates knowledge through targeting specific muscle groups. One to three Private Pilates sessions are recommended prior to starting Level 1 group reformer classes.
Reformer Cardio Class – Level 2
Transitioning through exercises at a vigorous yet controlled pace, this class is designed to challenge students both mentally and physically. Experience Pilates like never before with a constant, elevated heart rate. High intensity combined with precise instruction motivates students to test their limits and receive the amazing workout we all desire. Prior experience with classical Level 1 Group Reformer work is required to participate in this class safely and effectively.
Reformer Cardio Class – Level 3
This demanding and invigorating class will challenge elite athletes and Pilates aficionados alike.
Several advanced exercises are taught in this class, each designed to push students to achieve a new level of fitness. Prior approval from a certified Pilates Instructor is required to sign up for these classes.
The versatility of Pilates is emphasized throughout this class. Utilizing all Pilates apparatuses, this class provides the perfect variation to a traditional Pilates workout. Smooth transitions between the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and more, drives students while maximizing the heart rate and testing Pilates skills. In order to participate in this class mastery Level 1 group reformer classes and choreography is recommended.
50/50 Pilates Bootcamp
Our most challenging workout, Pilates Bootcamp redefines intensity. Not only will you be reaping the benefits of Pilates on the Reformer, the second half of your workout combines cardio and strength training for optimum results. Stairs, BOSU, Medicine Ball, weights, and plyometric exercises are all included in the bootcamp experience.
Our Indoor spin class is a high-energy, 45 or 60 minute class taught by inspiring, motivational, ACC trained instructors. This fun and effective class burns more calories than with any other form of cardio workout, literally shredding fat off the body! Whether you’re are a beginner or an experienced cyclist, ACC’s spin class is tailored to challenge students of all levels. In ACC’s spin class you are in control. Push yourself to that next level!
Cross-Spin Training is an intense workout doing resistance training (utilizing resistance bands or dumb bells) while on a spin bike. Developed by personal trainer and fitness expert Billy Borja, this class is designed to burn up to 600 calories, and create the body and fitness level you’ve always wanted. Billy will take you through a rigorous spin cycle of flats, hills, and tempo changes that is certain to challenge everyone, and then he incorporates a total body of resistance training exercises while still spinning on the bike.
The name says it all. Circuit EXTREME tests even the most seasoned ACC veterans with dynamic workouts utilizing a variety of equipment. Ropes, TRx, weight training, and BOSU exercises burn fat and stimulate rapid muscle development, providing real, life-changing results.
Our circuit training classes employ simple, functional, and effective training techniques for rapidly increased strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health. The fun, dynamic full-body workouts are designed to match your individual level, and to help you reach your training goals.
Boxing & Kick Boxing
This style of the ACC workout is a great way to build your cardiovascular endurance, drop your body fat percentage, and learn self-defense. Our Boxing and Kickboxing classes are taught by world-class trainers that are dedicated to providing students with the ultimate fighting experience. Both men and women are welcome. Gloves are provided during the session, as are a set of reusable pro-quality hand wraps. Session sizes are kept small, ensuring personal attention, high intensity, and unparalleled training quality.
A High Intensity Interval Training program that can burn up too 800 calories. You will learn to utilize your own body weight through a course of resistance band, medicine ball, and other core-strengthening exercises. This full-body workout is designed to build strength and core stability while sculpting and toning muscles mass.
Our Youth boxing classes (Boys and Girls ages 8-14) are taught by a veteran personal trainer, in a small group setting. This 45-minute, action packed session provides excellent cardio, endurance building, strength training, and agility development, while educating students in self-defense.
Pilates Beach Body Burn
A 55 minute Pilates reformer class isolating specific muscle groups associated with summer time apparel. Ideal for that bikini bearing and Speedo sporting beach body!
A Note About Classes
- First time clients should arrive to class 15 minutes beforehand to fill out a waiver and to discuss with the instructor any injuries and previous Pilates experience
- Optional: Socks (those with grip are preferred). We sell Toe Sox and Grip Gloves.
- A good attitude
- All Pilates classes are 55 minutes in length
- Be prepared for a great workout (our instructors are the best in the industry)
- Please allow yourself some time to find parking on Girard Ave. Peak hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parking is free for the first 2 hours. You can also park on Fay and use our back entrance.
- Class reservations are strongly recommended
- There is an 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes, no exceptions! - All reservations are made online
- If a cancellation is made within the 8-hour window you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee
