Angela discovered her passion for Pilates through dance. As a classical ballet dancer for over 15 years, the countless hours of vigorous training played a difficult role on her body. At the age of 16, she was introduced to Pilates; due to an ACL tear. Along with the injury, she suffered from constant lower back pain. It was then that Angela sought out Pilates.
As it became an excellent cross-training program for the demanding sport, Pilates greatly improved her movement quality; making her moves impeccable.
