Holly has had a life-long interest in the pursuit for health and wellness. After struggling with chronic back irritation, she decided to educate herself in massage therapy. In 2001 Holly received her National Board Certification of Massage Therapy and began pursuing a career in physical fitness. Through working on her spinal issue, she was introduced to the benefits of Pilates and decided to try it out. After receiving the immediate benefits Pilates provided for her back and body, Holly made the life-changing decision to dedicate herself to a Pilates career.
In 2004 she became a certified mat Pilates instructor and began teaching classes at a local gym. Inspired by her positive impact on clients, she continued on in 2007 to become certified on all Pilates Apparatus at Balanced Body University. Holly continues to expand her Pilates education, taking Pilates seminars throughout the country such as IDEA and Pilates on Tour. She is committed to helping her clients maximize their potential. Her expertise ensures a great workout that challenges each client and produces visible results as well as brings natural body awareness. As a vital member of the Armone’s Core Connection team, Holly teaches Pilates classes, holds personal training sessions, is available for massage therapy, and is responsible for teaching the mat portion of ACC’s certification program. Holly also serves as studio manager and is at the head of research and development of the ACC brand. She is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and providing the ultimate workout experience.
