Lauren’s focus as an instructor is making the most efficient use of her clients’ time. Years of commitment to staying physically active have taught her that it’s not just the best way to keep your body in shape and healthy, but also the key to staying energetic, mentally sharp and emotionally grounded. Lauren was originally drawn to yoga and pilates because the movements came naturally to her, but she was hooked because of the attention to detail and deliberate action both disciplines require. No matter what style of workout she’s teaching, Lauren uses this same mindful approach to create the most effective program for her clients. Lauren has been teaching yoga since 2008 and became certified to teach pilates through Armone’s Core Connection. She continues to train and study all different methods of exercise in an effort to continuously provide her clients with the best information.
