A Note About Classes
  • First time clients should arrive to class 15 minutes beforehand to fill out a waiver and to discuss with the instructor any injuries and previous Pilates experience
  • Optional: Socks (those with grip are preferred).  We sell Toe Sox and Grip Gloves.

  • A good attitude
  • All Pilates classes are 55 minutes in length
  • Be prepared for a great workout (our instructors are the best in the industry)
  • Please allow yourself some time to find parking on Girard Ave.  Peak hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Parking is free for the first 2 hours.  You can also park on Fay and use our back entrance.
  • Class reservations are strongly recommended
  • There is an 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes, no exceptions!

  • If a cancellation is made within the 8-hour window you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee
