Athlete Training

We help competitive athletes gain flexibility, strength and a competitive advantage by enhancing their typical training regimens with customized workouts.

Prenatal & Postpartum Pilates

We practice a safe and effective approach to Pilates during and after pregnancy. Working with new and expecting moms on individual pregnancy goals, such as keeping the core strong to support the back, hips and belly during childbirth, we carefully monitor and adjust exercises according to the different stages of a pregnancy.

Pilates Reformer for Men

We provide classes and instruction for our male clients who are interested in focusing on intense muscle building.

Personal Training

Our personal training program focuses on functional training for greater strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.  The circuit-training format could incorporate weights, cardio, yoga, boxing/kick boxing, calisthenics and/or plyometrics.  Our effective, customized workouts vary each time and will keep you moving to achieve your fitness goals. We offer one-on-one private and semi-private sessions. Semi-privates provide a lot of personal attention but offer a more affordable option to personal training.

Men’s Training

Our goal is to get men who are overworked and overfed to be lean, chiseled, and long lasting with plenty of endurance so that all areas of their life improve. Our men’s training program is more of an athletic approach to training as opposed to traditional body building workouts.

Nutrition

We offer customized nutritional counseling with personal advice for supplementation programs.
