ACC is a results-driven, privatized Pilates gym. For this reason our group Reformer classes are maintained at a maximum of six clients per class group. This ensures our clients receive thorough instruction, detailed focus on proper form, and personalized attention.

OUR CLASSES
Classical Pilates classes follow the true, classical Pilates Reformer sequence. We offer Level 1 (beginner), level 2 (intermediate), and level 3 (advanced/must have prior authorization from a Team ACC staff member to register).
Contemporary Pilates classes offer variations of classical exercises, incorporating new, exciting techniques that challenge the body and mind. All levels are welcome.
Pilates Fusion classes incorporate Reformer Pilates exercises with TRX, Barre, resistance training and other disciplines which are not Pilates based.
ACC Circuit. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Train like an elite athlete! These classes utilize TRX, free weights, resistance bands, sliders and other equipment to push your fitness limits. Circuit classes are ideal total-body workouts that will break down barriers and increase your fitness potential.
Pilates Barre classes combine contemporary and classical Pilates practices with Barre exercises performed on the ballet Barre.
Pilates Circuit combines Classical Reformer Pilates exercises, performed on the Reformer, with exercises on auxiliary Pilates equipment (i.e., Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Magic Circle, Spine Corrector).
Peloton. We are now offering sessions on our two Peloton bikes in the studio! Peloton is an interactive stationary biking system that allows clients to take live spin classes from the countries’ top instructors in New York. Enjoy live, on demand, and categorized classes like Live DJ rides, Sweat Steady, and Interval Arms.
